Company Description Renuka Exports Private Limited (Star Export House) is looking for Candidates specialising in Green Tech.

Role Description The Green Tech role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Amroha, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities depending on project needs. The role involves researching and implementing sustainable technologies across the production cycle, including energy-efficient systems, waste reduction, and water conservation initiatives.

Daily tasks include collecting and analyzing environmental performance data, coordinating with production and design teams to integrate eco-friendly materials and processes, and supporting compliance with GOTS, GRS, and other relevant standards. The individual will contribute to continuous improvement projects, prepare sustainability reports, and assist in training teams on best practices in green manufacturing. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to explore creative solutions for carbon footprint reduction and circular fashion initiatives is an essential part of the role.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess skills in environmental research and data analysis related to sustainable manufacturing and resource efficiency.
- Candidates should possess skills in process optimization, including energy management, waste minimization, and water conservation within textile or apparel production.
- Candidates should possess skills in sustainability compliance and documentation, such as familiarity with GOTS, GRS, and other environmental standards or certifications.
- Candidates should possess skills in cross-functional collaboration, including the ability to work with design, production, and quality teams to implement green technologies.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills to prepare reports, present findings, and support training on sustainability initiatives.
- Relevant academic background in environmental science, textile technology, industrial engineering, sustainability, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the textile, apparel, or manufacturing sector, particularly in sustainability or ESG projects, will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a hybrid work environment in Amroha.
