Role and Responsibilities: As a Graphic Designer at Milova Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our clients' brands. Your creativity and design skills will be utilized across a variety of projects, contributing to our clients' success in the digital landscape. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Creating visually appealing and engaging graphics for social media, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
- Developing design concepts, layouts, and mock-ups based on client briefs.
- Ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Incorporating feedback and making revisions to designs as necessary.
- Staying updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance your skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design abilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to translate client requirements into visually appealing and effective designs.
- Strong communication skills to present and explain design concepts to team members and clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or related industry is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
