Responsibilities:

- Design posters and creatives for Instagram and LinkedIn

- Build multi slide carousels for Instagram and LinkedIn, WhatsaApp channel, YT post, telegram channel

- Design Instagram stories, WhatsApp and Telegram creatives, and YouTube thumbnails

- Check educational websites and official portals every day and turn every new update, result, rank list, cut off, deadline and scholarship announcement into a post

- Produce multiple posts each day during peak admission season, not one

- Publish the finished posts across all our channels, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram and YouTube

- Follow the latest design trends so that every post looks current and stops the scroll

- Keep every post consistent with the Namma College colours, fonts and logo placement

- Verify every date, figure and deadline against the official source before the post goes out

Requirements:

- Ability to design attractive posters and carousels that look modern, not template made

- Proficiency in at least one design tool such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva Pro, Figma or CorelDRAW

- Ability to export at the correct sizes, 1080 x 1080 square, 1080 x 1920 story, 1200 x 1500 carousel and 1280 x 720 thumbnail

- Ability to read and write Tamil, since a large part of our content is in Tamil and Tanglish





- Good sense of typography, colour and layout

- Ability to manage several designs at once and finish them the same day

- Comfortable searching online and reading official notifications correctly

- Strong attention to detail. A single wrong date on a post reaches thousands of students

- Candidates with their own laptop are welcome, though it is not compulsory

- Freshers with a solid portfolio are encouraged to apply, and experienced designers are equally welcome

- Starting salary of ₹15,000 per month, with a higher offer based on your experience and skill level
