Key Responsibilities
- Create visual content for social media posts, LinkedIn hiring creatives, banners, and ads
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and email creative
- Support branding requirements for internal and external communication
- Edit and resize creatives as per platform requirement
- Collaborate with the marketing, recruitment, and BD teams for design need
- Maintain brand consistency across all design
- Assist in basic video editing or motion graphics (if applicable
Required Skills & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
- Basic knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Understanding of social media design format
- Good attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced workplace
