Designation : Graphic Designer & Visualiser

We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Visualiser to create visually compelling designs across digital and print media. You’ll be responsible for producing high-impact creatives, working closely with the content and social media teams, and contributing to the overall visual identity of multiple brands.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer & Visualiser to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will conceptualize, design, and execute visually engaging content across a wide range of platforms. From social media creatives to brand collaterals, your designs will help shape and enhance client branding and communication.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to bring ideas to life through innovative visuals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and design a wide range of creative assets including social media posts, logos, brochures, business cards, letterheads, flyers, banners, ads, invitations, and more.
- Collaborate with content strategists, social media managers, and marketing teams to deliver on-brand visuals that align with campaign objectives.
- Develop and maintain design consistency across multiple client accounts.
- Work with tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, InDesign,



and others to create compelling visual content.
- Create short animated videos and motion graphics using After Effects or similar tools for social media platforms.
- Stay updated with design trends, best practices, and AI-based tools to improve creative output.
- Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining quality and creativity.
- Ensure timely delivery of design assets in line with project schedules.
- Support branding efforts with unique visual styles and storytelling.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma and CorelDRAW.
- Working knowledge of After Effects or similar software for creating simple animations.
- Strong visualization skills, creative flair, and a keen sense of aesthetics and color.
- Good understanding of various media formats—print, digital, and multimedia.
- Familiarity with AI-based design tools like Midjourney or similar is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work across diverse brand guidelines and formats.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Candidates with prior agency experience will be preferred.
