Role Description The Graphic Designer role at TopUni Network is a part-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including event banners, social media creatives, presentations, and promotional materials. Day-to-day work includes developing concepts aligned with brand guidelines, designing layouts, refining graphics based on feedback, and preparing files for production or online publication.



The role also involves collaborating with marketing and events teams to ensure consistent visual identity across campaigns and improving designs based on performance insights and user engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour and visual hierarchy
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; Figma is a plus
- Ability to create premium, clean and contemporary designs
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and handle multiple creatives
- Valuable understanding of social media design formats
- Experience with event, education, corporate or institutional branding is a plus
- A strong portfolio is required

We’re looking for someone who can think beyond individual posts and build a consistent visual language across an entire event.

You should be comfortable taking a concept from an initial idea to a finished creative while maintaining consistency across digital, print and event environments.
