Your Responsibilities
- Creative Concepts: Develop impactful visual directions for brands, social media, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Asset Creation: Design high-quality social media creatives, digital banners, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Layout & Typography: Build clean, engaging layouts with a robust grasp of composition, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with content, marketing, and video teams to deliver cohesive, multi-platform brand communication.
- Brand Stewardship: Adapt to diverse brand personalities, maintain consistency across touchpoints, and assist in building visual identity systems.
- Innovation: Participate in brainstorms, critically review your work for clarity, explore emerging visual trends,



and experiment with AI tools.

Superpowers You Will Need
- Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator (InDesign, illustration, or basic motion/video skills are a plus).
- Design Thinking: Strong conceptual skills with the ability to look beyond obvious references and explain the "why" behind your choices.
- Soft Skills: A collaborative mindset, strong time management, and a positive approach to feedback and continuous learning.
- Portfolio: A compelling showcase of design thinking and execution (academic and self-initiated projects are highly encouraged!).
