We are looking for a highly creative Branding & Packaging Designer who can build strong visual identities and translate brand ideas into compelling design systems.

This role is primarily focused on branding, packaging design, and visual identity, with opportunities to work across FMCG, Lifestyle, Sports, Wedding, and other consumer-focused brands.

We are currently working on multiple branding projects and are looking for someone who can take ownership of a brand's visual direction from concept and identity to packaging and marketing communication.

Responsibilities

- Develop complete brand identities including logos, typography, color systems, visual language, and brand guidelines.
- Work on brand strategy and creative direction from a visual design perspective.
- Design FMCG and consumer product packaging, including labels, boxes, pouches, bottles, jars, and other formats.
- Create packaging concepts that are both visually distinctive and commercially relevant.
- Develop brand identity systems that can be consistently applied across packaging, social media, advertising, websites, and offline marketing.
- Create brand decks, moodboards, visual directions, and presentation decks for clients.
- Design marketing collateral such as brochures, catalogues, presentations, POSM, event creatives, and promotional material.
- Develop social media creatives and campaign assets while maintaining the overall brand language.
- Create visual concepts for sports, wedding, lifestyle, and FMCG campaigns.
- Work closely with the creative, content, photography, videography, and marketing teams to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Present and explain creative concepts to internal teams and clients.
- Research design trends, consumer behaviour, packaging trends, typography, and emerging visual styles to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Requirements





- 2–4 years of experience in branding, graphic design, packaging design, or a similar creative role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Robust understanding of branding, typography, color theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Proven ability to develop a brand from concept to complete visual identity.
- Strong understanding of packaging design and print production.
- Ability to think conceptually rather than simply execute given references.
- Ability to create designs that are both aesthetically strong and commercially effective.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple brand touchpoints.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- A strong portfolio is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with FMCG, food, beverage, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Experience designing packaging for products across different formats.
- Knowledge of print production, dielines, substrates, finishes, and pre-press.
- Experience creating brand guidelines and design systems.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects / motion graphics is a plus.
- Understanding of social media and digital marketing design.
- Experience working with agencies or handling multiple brands simultaneously.
