About the Role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive who can handle both visual design and social media content. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, understand current social media trends, and be able to create engaging content for a lifestyle and sports eyewear brand.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Create social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Amazon, website, and marketing campaigns.
- Design posts, stories, carousels, banners, advertisements, promotional creatives, and product visuals.
- Maintain OpticsFit's brand identity, typography, colours, and visual consistency.
- Create creatives for product launches, seasonal sales, offers, contests, and campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to convert ideas and briefs into high-quality designs.
- Edit and enhance product images when required.

Social Media

- Plan and execute social media content in coordination with the marketing team.
- Create and manage Reels, Stories, Posts, and Carousels.
- Research trending formats, sounds, references, and content ideas.
- Write basic captions, hooks, and social media copy.
- Coordinate with photographers, models, influencers, and content creators.
- Monitor competitors and identify new content opportunities.




- Track basic social media performance and engagement.
- Support influencer campaigns and brand collaborations.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut is an advantage.
- Good understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Robust sense of typography, composition, colours, and visual storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and short-form content.
- Ability to understand a creative brief and deliver within deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and social media is preferred.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered.
