Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can handle both visual design and video content creation for our educational brand.
The ideal candidate should have a strong creative sense, excellent communication skills, and the ability to turn ideas into professional posters, promotional videos, Reels/Shorts, educational content and engaging digital creatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design posters, banners, brochures, social-media creatives and promotional materials.
- Shoot and edit educational and promotional videos.
- Edit classroom lectures and educational videos into clean, engaging content.
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form content.
- Create promotional videos for courses, events, seminars, achievements and educational programs.
- Handle basic camera setup, framing, lighting and audio while shooting.
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Create graphics and visual assets using Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Explore and effectively use AI tools to improve design and video-production workflows.
- Work closely with the academic and marketing teams to understand content requirements.
- Develop new creative concepts for student-focused and education-related campaigns.
- Maintain consistent branding across all digital and print materials.
Preferred candidate profile
Must Have:
- Strong knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator
- Good command of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Camera handling and basic shooting knowledge
- Strong English communication skills
- Valuable understanding of social-media content
- Comfortable working with AI tools
- Strong creative and visual-thinking ability
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- After Effects / Motion Graphics
- Photography
- Videography
- Basic animation
- YouTube content creation
- Instagram/Reels experience
- Experience in Education / EdTech / Coaching industry
