Key Responsibilities

 Create engaging designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, brochures, flyers,

banners, hoardings, and print materials.

 Develop creative marketing collaterals while maintaining brand consistency and visual identity.

 Design and edit graphics using CorelDRAW, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop.

 Prepare artwork for both digital and print media, ensuring correct sizes, layouts, and print specifications.

 Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creatives on time.

 Create multiple design concepts and adapt creatives according to feedback.

 Maintain organized design files and ensure all final artwork is properly prepared for production.

 Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and creative styles.

Required Skills

 Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.

 Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop.





 Good understanding of typography, color combinations, layouts, and visual hierarchy.

 Ability to create both digital and print designs.

 Strong attention to detail and creativity.

 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

 Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred

 Experience in real estate, marketing, advertising, or branding will be an added advantage.

 Basic knowledge of social media creative formats and marketing communication.

 A strong portfolio of previous work.
