About the Role

Kurikkal Group is looking for a creative and energetic Graphic Designer to join our Growth & Marketing team.

We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of graphic design and a genuine interest in branding, creative content, and visual communication. Candidates who are also interested in video editing, videography, and motion graphics will be preferred.

Freshers with good creative skills and a solid portfolio are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative designs for social media, advertisements, campaigns, posters, banners, and promotional activities.
- Design engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Create product and promotional creatives for Kurikkal Group and its brands.
- Develop creative concepts that support the company's branding and marketing activities.
- Edit videos for social media, reels, promotional campaigns, and other marketing requirements.
- Assist with photography and videography for products, events, branches, and marketing activities.
- Create basic motion graphics and animated content when required.
- Work closely with the Growth & Marketing team to understand requirements and develop creative ideas.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, colours, fonts, layouts, and overall visual presentation.
- Manage multiple design and content requirements and complete tasks within deadlines.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop




- Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or other professional video editing software
- Good understanding of graphic design principles
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics is an advantage
- Videography and photography skills will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of social media content and digital creatives
- Creative thinking and good attention to detail

- Willing to learn new tools, trends, and creative techniques
- Interested in developing skills in branding, graphic design, video editing, videography, and motion graphics

- Able to work independently as well as with a team
- Responsible, energetic, and willing to take initiative

Experience
- Freshers can also apply.
- Candidates with experience in Graphic Design, Video Editing, Videography, Branding, or Motion Graphics will be preferred.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio/work samples are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Candidates Candidates from Calicut and nearby areas will be preferred.
