Role Description The Graphic Designer role at Juniper Outdoor is a full-time position based in South Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be completed from home.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing collateral, trip brochures, social media graphics, and website elements. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concepts aligned with the brand, producing designs that communicate trip formats and offerings, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and customer communications.



The role also involves refining existing designs, preparing files for production, maintaining brand consistency across all materials, and contributing ideas to enhance visual storytelling about Himalayan adventures.

Qualifications

- Strong graphic design skills, including experience with Graphics and Graphic Design tools and software.
- Ability to create and refine Logo Design and Branding assets that align with Juniper Outdoor’s visual identity.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout design for both digital and print materials.
- Experience with common design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or similar) and basic knowledge of digital marketing design requirements.
- Portfolio demonstrating creative, outdoor or travel-related design work is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback and work in a hybrid environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is beneficial.
