EdJAMON is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing and creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, creativity, and the ability to create engaging designs for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and promotional materials.

Freshers with a strong portfolio and good knowledge of graphic design tools are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Design social media posts, reels covers, carousels, banners, advertisements and promotional creatives.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, posters and campaign creatives.
- Develop designs that follow EdJAMON's brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Work closely with the marketing and content team to understand campaign requirements.
- Convert concepts and content into visually appealing designs.
- Edit and enhance images, graphics and other visual assets.
- Create multiple creative variations for marketing campaigns and A/B testing.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, layouts and overall brand presentation.
- Stay updated with current graphic design,



social media and visual communication trends.
- Handle multiple design projects and deliver work within deadlines.
- Review designs carefully before publishing to ensure accuracy and quality.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of graphic design principles.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour, layout and composition.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Canva is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an added advantage.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand a design brief and convert ideas into visual content.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Robust willingness to learn and experiment with new design styles.

Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio can apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred.
