About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer who can create high-quality social media creatives, marketing templates, promotional videos and digital content using modern designing and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative and engaging social media posts, banners, ads, promotional creatives and marketing materials.
- Create and manage reusable creative templates for regular marketing requirements.
- Edit and create short-form videos/reels for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to convert ideas, campaigns and requirements into attractive visual content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creatives.
- Create creatives for product promotions, offers, campaigns, festivals, announcements and other marketing activities.
- Use AI tools to generate ideas, images, backgrounds, concepts and improve creative productivity.
- Handle multiple creative requirements and deliver work within defined timelines.
- Keep updated with current design trends, social media trends and AI-based creative tools.

Required Skills

Must Have:

- Strong knowledge of Canva
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledge of AI Creative Tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney,



Leonardo AI, Adobe Firefly, etc.
- Good understanding of video editing and short-form content creation
- Ability to create professional social media creatives and templates
- Valuable understanding of typography, colour combination, layout and visual hierarchy
- Creative thinking and attention to detail

Good to Have:

- Adobe Illustrator
- Premiere Pro / After Effects
- CapCut or other video editing tools
- Experience with social media marketing creatives
- Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be:
- Creative and innovative
- Fast learner and comfortable with new AI tools
- Able to understand briefs and independently execute designs
- Good at visual communication
- Deadline-oriented
- Willing to experiment with new creative ideas and trends

Portfolio Portfolio is mandatory. Candidates should share previous work including:

- Social media creatives
- Marketing/ad creatives
- Video/Reels
- Templates
- AI-generated creatives (if available)

Selection Preference Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate strong practical skills in Canva + Photoshop + AI tools + Video Editing, rather than candidates with only theoretical knowledge.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
