ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be the visual backbone of Cornflakes Media — designing across brand, digital, social, and marketing. From campaign key visuals to UI assets, pitch decks to motion graphics, you'll handle it all. You have a trained eye, a fast execution speed, and the confidence to push back when a brief needs improving. Your Behance or portfolio link tells us more than your resume.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Design social media creatives: static posts, carousels, story frames, and ad banners across platforms
- Develop brand identity assets — logos, typography systems, colour palettes, and brand guidelines
- Create marketing collateral: pitch decks, one-pagers, brochures, emailers, and event materials
- Design UI and product assets: app screens, web components, icon sets, and UX illustrations
- Produce motion graphics and animated social content in collaboration with the video team
- Design presentation decks that communicate complex ideas with visual clarity
- Maintain and evolve the Cornflakes Media visual identity across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing, social, and product teams to deliver design on brief and on time
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping quality on any of them
- Stay ahead of design trends, typography developments, and visual culture shifts
- Create and maintain a structured design asset library for team-wide access

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Professional graphic design experience — in-house brand, agency, or digital studio
- A portfolio demonstrating range: brand identity, social creative, digital design, and ideally motion
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud — Illustrator, Photoshop are non-negotiable




- A typographer's eye — you care about kerning, leading, hierarchy, and font selection
- Ability to work across formats: print, digital, social, and presentation
- Fast execution without sacrificing craft
- Strong communication skills: you can explain your design decisions and absorb feedback constructively

TOOLS & SOFTWARE — MUST KNOW We expect working professional command of these tools — not just awareness:

Core Design Suite : Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign — all three required at skilled level

Motion & Animation : Adobe After Effects — animated social posts, transitions, logo animations, motion graphics

Video-Adjacent Design : Adobe Premiere Pro (basic) — title cards, lower thirds, social reels design elements

Presentation Design: Canva Pro — fast turnaround decks without sacrificing visual quality

AI-Assisted Design : Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E 3 — AI image generation and integration into design workflows

Collaboration & Handoff : Google Drive — version control, asset sharing, and design documentation

BONUS POINTS

- Motion graphics experience in After Effects — animated social posts, logo reveals, transitions
- Illustration skills — custom hand-drawn or digital illustration style
- Experience working on creator economy, influencer, or brand campaign design
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries at scale
