We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer & Social Media Creative

Do you have a strong eye for design, understand what performs on social media, and love creating visually compelling content?

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring brands to life across digital platforms. This is a role for someone who understands both beautiful design and the fast-moving world of social media.

You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of premium and luxury brands, creating content that is visually distinctive, culturally relevant and strategically aligned.

What You’ll Do

Design engaging static and carousel posts for Instagram

Edit high-quality Reels and short-form videos that align with current social media trends

Develop visual concepts and creative directions for campaigns

Create mood boards, references and visual research to support shoots and campaigns

Design story templates, presentation assets and marketing collateral

Assist with creative planning for launches, events and brand campaigns

Maintain visual consistency across multiple brands while adapting to each brand’s unique identity

Collaborate with the strategy, content and client servicing teams to translate ideas into compelling creative

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency, social media or branding environment

Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, branding and digital design

Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,



InDesign)

Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut for video editing

Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and emerging social media trends

Ability to think conceptually—not just execute briefs

Great taste, attention to detail and a keen understanding of typography, layout and colour

Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment

Interest in luxury, hospitality, fashion, design, food and lifestyle brands is a plus

Bonus Points If You

Have experience creating content for premium or luxury brands

Can storyboard Reels and social-first campaigns

Have basic photography or videography skills

Stay ahead of design, pop culture and digital trends

Are comfortable using AI-powered creative tools to improve efficiency and ideation
