- About the Role
- We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our printing press and become part of our day-to-day design and production operations.

- Since we are a small, hands-on business, this role goes beyond just designing. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, preparing print-ready artwork, coordinating with the printing process, and learning the post-production/finishing processes.

- Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and translate them into suitable designs.

- - Create new designs based on customer needs and modify existing designs as required.

- - Suggest appropriate design changes, layouts, sizes, colours and print specifications when needed.

- - Prepare and check print-ready files before sending them for production.

- - Understand and coordinate with the digital printing process and various printing machines available at our store/press.

- - Process completed designs/orders and move them smoothly to the next stage of printing and production.

- - Learn and understand post-printing and finishing processes such as cutting, lamination, mounting, binding, framing and other related work.

- - Be able to explain and guide fellow employees regarding design files, printing requirements and post-production processes.

- - Coordinate with customers and production staff to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time.





- - Maintain attention to detail and ensure the final printed output matches the approved design.

- Required Skills
- - Adobe Illustrator – Strong working knowledge

- - Adobe Photoshop – Strong working knowledge

- - Good understanding of graphic design principles, layouts, typography and colour.

- - Understanding of printing requirements and print-ready file preparation.

- - Willingness to learn printing machines, production procedures and finishing processes.

- - Good communication skills and the ability to understand customer requirements.

- - Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with other team members.

- - Prior experience in a printing press / digital printing setting will be highly preferred.

- We are looking for someone who is not limited to designing alone. You should be willing to understand the complete workflow—from customer requirement design printing post-production final delivery.

- A person who is proactive, willing to learn, takes responsibility for their work and can eventually guide other employees in the production process would be an ideal fit for us.

- Working Hours
- 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM

- This is a full-time, on-site position.

- Work from home / remote work is not available.
