We are looking for DTP Operator / Graphic Designer for Retail Branding and Media company.

- Create & modify artwork using CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
- Prepare production-ready artwork for signages, retail branding, POSM, displays, vinyl, ACP, acrylic, LED signage and large-format printing.
- Convert customer/brand requirements into accurate technical & creative artwork.
- Prepare files according to actual production sizes, dimensions, bleed, resolution, colors profiles and material specifications.
- Make necessary artwork corrections based on client and production-team requirements.
- Understand and work with CMYK, RGB, Pantone colors and colors matching.

Prepare cutting files, laser-cut files, CNC/router files and print-ready files wherever required.
- Coordinate closely with the production, project and installation teams to ensure artwork is practical for manufacturing and installation.
- Maintain proper file naming, version control and artwork records.
- Check artwork carefully before sending it for production.
- Handle multiple projects and meet strict production deadlines.




- Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across retail outlets.

Required Skills

- Strong working knowledge of CorelDRAW is essential.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience in retail branding, signage, printing or advertising production will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of printing materials and fabrication processes.
- Ability to understand measurements and technical drawings.
- Good knowledge of typography, layout, colors and visual presentation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are extremely key.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience: 2–5 years in graphic design, signage, printing, retail branding or a related field.

Location:- Wadala

Note:- Candidates with experience in signage and retail branding production artwork will be given preference.
