Creative Diam is looking for a Graphic Designer + Video Editor to join our in-house marketing team.
We’re looking for someone who is creative, hands-on and execution-focused — someone who can take an idea or direction and turn it into high-quality visual content across social media and other brand touchpoints.
What you’ll do
Design creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other platforms
Edit Reels, short-form videos and product videos
Create engaging social media graphics, carousels, stories and ad creatives
Edit and polish footage shot on iPhone/camera
Help shoot content when required — basic videography skills are a strong plus
Work closely with our Marketing & Branding team to maintain a consistent brand identity, tone and visual language
Adapt content for different platforms and formats
Help create visual content for product launches, campaigns, exhibitions and marketing initiatives
Organise and maintain creative assets, footage and design files
Keep up with current social media trends, editing styles and visual formats
What we’re looking for
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
Valuable command of Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut or similar editing tools
Good understanding of typography, composition, colour, layout and visual hierarchy
Ability to create content that looks premium and polished, not just template-based
Understanding of Instagram/Reels and what makes content engaging
Basic videography and camera/iPhone shooting skills preferred
Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Most importantly — a good creative eye and willingness to experiment
Work Structure
Location: Surat
⏰ Flexible working hours
Expected to be in the office approximately 2–4 hours a day, depending on ongoing work and shoots
₹15,000–₹25,000/month, depending on experience and skill set
