Role Description:

- The Graphic Designer - Brand & Social Media is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district.
- This role is responsible for creating visual assets that strengthen Aether Semiconductors’ brand identity across digital and print channels, with a strong focus on social media and marketing collateral.
- Day-to-day tasks include developing logos and brand elements, designing graphics for social campaigns, presentations, and events,



and maintaining consistent visual branding across all touchpoints.
- The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate strategic messages into clear, compelling visuals and support ongoing campaigns and brand initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, impactful visual content.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout principles to ensure readability and aesthetic consistency.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Portfolio demonstrating brand-focused and social media design work, including campaigns and visual systems.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
