Role Overview

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with 2+ years of experience in graphic design, AI-assisted design, video editing, and motion graphics. The role involves creating visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, videos, reels, animations, and brand communications.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Create designs for LinkedIn, social media, websites, email campaigns, webinars, and events
- Design presentations, brochures, one-pagers, infographics, case studies, banners, and other marketing collateral
- Develop creative concepts and maintain brand consistency
- Create assets for digital and print

AI Design & Creative

- Use AI tools to create and enhance visual concepts, images, illustrations, and campaign assets
- Experiment with generative AI tools and workflows
- Create visual storytelling for technology, AI, and data-related content

Video & Motion

- Create short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and event or webinar content
- Edit footage and repurpose long-form content for social media
- Create basic motion graphics, animations, transitions, text animations, and kinetic typography
- Add music, voiceovers, subtitles, and other visual elements

Required Skills





- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience with Figma and/or Canva
- Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Knowledge of social media design and video formats
- Experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway, Canva AI, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Good to Have

- Motion graphics and animation experience
- Experience creating AI-generated visuals or videos
- Video storytelling and scripting skills
- Experience in B2B, technology, AI, Data, Analytics, or SaaS
- Understanding of LinkedIn content formats and social media trends
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles

Portfolio Portfolio is required. Please include examples of:
