Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include About the Internship

Quest for Success is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to work closely with our marketing team and create high-quality visual content for digital and offline campaigns.

The role is ideal for someone who has a strong sense of design, typography, layouts, and visual communication and can turn a brief into a polished, premium-looking creative.

Key Responsibilities

Design posters and creatives for seminars, webinars, workshops, and events

Create social media posts, Instagram stories, advertisements, and promotional creatives

Design WhatsApp and email campaign creatives

Create brochures, flyers, presentations, banners, and other marketing collateral

Develop creatives for school partnerships and student/parent outreach

Resize and adapt designs across Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, websites, and print formats

Maintain consistency with Quest for Success's brand identity

Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into robust visual communication





Improve existing creatives and templates to give them a more professional and premium look

Manage multiple design requirements while meeting deadlines

Skills Required Strong proficiency in Canva / Canva Pro

Excellent understanding of typography, layouts, spacing, and visual hierarchy

Good sense of contemporary and premium design

Ability to create professional posters and marketing creatives from scratch

Understanding of social media creative formats

Good attention to detail

Ability to understand a brief and independently develop creative concepts

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or other professional design tools would be an added advantage.
