## What You'll Do

•⁠ ⁠Create engaging social media creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms

•⁠ ⁠Design graphics for digital marketing campaigns, advertisements and promotional content

•⁠ ⁠Create carousels, infographics, banners, presentations and marketing collateral

•⁠ ⁠Develop creative visuals for ScalePods' AI automation products and solutions

•⁠ ⁠Maintain consistency across ScalePods' visual identity and brand guidelines

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with the Marketing, Growth and Product teams

•⁠ ⁠Convert marketing ideas and concepts into visually compelling creatives

•⁠ ⁠Experiment with AI design and creative tools to improve speed and creativity

•⁠ ⁠Stay updated with the latest design, social media and AI content trends

•⁠ ⁠Help build a strong and recognizable visual identity for a fast-growing technology brand

## Video Editing = Big Plus

If you can do more than static designs, we want to know.

Experience with video editing, reels, motion graphics,



short-form videos or animated social content will be a major advantage.

You don't need to be an expert—we're looking for someone curious, creative and willing to experiment.

## Skills We're Looking For

### Must Have

•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma or similar tools

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of typography, layouts, colours and visual hierarchy

•⁠ ⁠Good creative sense and attention to detail

•⁠ ⁠Ability to understand a brief and turn it into an engaging visual

•⁠ ⁠Willingness to learn and experiment

•⁠ ⁠Robust interest in AI, technology and digital marketing

### Positive to Have

•⁠ ⁠Video editing — CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or DaVinci Resolve

•⁠ ⁠Motion graphics

•⁠ ⁠Short-form/Reels creation

•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of social media design trends

•⁠ ⁠Experience using AI creative tools

•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of branding and marketing
