- Analyse business requirements and convert them into scalable and efficient Appian solutions.

Appian Training & Career Path:
- Selected candidates will undergo a structured Appian learning program utilizing official Appian learning resources. The program includes guided learning, hands-on exercises, project work, and on-the-job training to prepare candidates for enterprise application development roles.
- Candidates will be required to obtain the Appian Associate Developer Certification within 3 months of joining. Successful completion of the certification is a mandatory requirement for continuation in the program. The certification cost will be sponsored by Chola MS.
- Confirmation of employment will be considered upon successful completion of one year of service, Appian Associate Developer Certification, and fulfilment of the program requirements.
