We are looking for a motivated Graduate Architect to join our team and develop into a Construction Estimator and Project Coordinator supporting projects across North America.
Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Previous estimating or construction experience is not required. We are looking for attitude, initiative, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Review architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with estimating.
- Review specifications and tender documents.
- Assist with material pricing and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare tender and project documentation.
- Support project coordination and communication with project teams and suppliers.
- Learn North American construction practices and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of architectural and construction drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Strong computer skills.
- Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet.
