OmniReach is seeking a seasoned Google Tag Analytics & Tealium Consultant with deep expertise across Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and the Tealium Customer Data Ecosystem.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end architecture, deployment, and optimization of web analytics and tag management solutions - ensuring robust data governance, accurate tracking, and high-fidelity event collection across web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Design, configure, and maintain data layer implementations.
- Implement and manage tags across web applications (knowledge of triggers, variables, and events is a plus).
- Work with Tealium for tag management, audience management, and data collection.
- Collaborate with development, product, and marketing teams to define tracking requirements.
- Monitor data accuracy and troubleshoot analytics implementation issues.
- Support reporting and insights by ensuring clean and reliable analytics data.
Qualifications & Key Requirements
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Digital Analytics, Enterprise Tag Management, and Web Data Architecture.
- Production expertise with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Hands-on experience with Tealium iQ and Tealium AudienceStream.
- Proficient in front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and browser debugging tools.
- Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, marketing pixel deployments, and analytics best practices.
- Analytical mindset with robust diagnostic and technical problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Tealium iQ / Tealium AudienceStream (preferred)
. Experience with marketing pixels and third-party tracking tools.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum product delivery frameworks.
- Familiarity with third-party AdTech/MarTech integrations and server-side tracking solutions.
