Location: Mohali, Punjab

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month, depending on skills and performance.

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Google Ads & Meta Ads Intern who wants to build practical experience in paid advertising and performance marketing. The intern will work with the digital marketing team to assist in campaign creation, monitoring, optimization, reporting, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities Google Ads

- Assist in creating and managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct basic keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Help prepare search ad copies and campaign structures.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, impressions, conversions, and CPL.
- Assist in identifying negative keywords.
- Support campaign optimization under the guidance of a senior team member.
- Learn and assist with conversion tracking and Google Analytics.

Meta Ads

- Assist in creating Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Help set up campaigns for leads, traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Assist with audience research and targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and advertising spend.
- Test different ad creatives, headlines, and audiences.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad creatives.

Reporting & Analysis

- Maintain daily/weekly advertising reports.
- Update Google Ads and Meta Ads performance sheets.




- Track leads and campaign results.
- Analyze basic campaign metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPM, CPL, and conversions.
- Assist senior team members with campaign optimization.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads.
- Good analytical and learning ability.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work with performance data.
- Knowledge of Canva or basic creative understanding will be an advantage.

Eligibility

- Students or freshers pursuing MBA, BBA, B.Com, Digital Marketing, or related courses.
- Fresh graduates interested in Performance Marketing can apply.
- Candidates with Google Ads or Meta Ads certification will have an advantage.

Performance & Growth Based on performance, the intern may be considered for a full-time Performance Marketing / Google Ads & Meta Ads Executive position after successful completion of the internship.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
