Job Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Google Ads Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation, conversion, cost optimization, and measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and campaign planning.
- Develop high-converting ad copies, extensions, and landing-page strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Analyze search terms, keywords, locations, devices, audiences, and other campaign data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, keywords, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Develop and manage remarketing campaigns.
- Regularly monitor competitors and market trends.
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with the marketing and management team to achieve lead and admission/conversion targets.
- Continuously test current strategies to improve lead quality and campaign profitability.

Required Skills & Experience




- 2–3 years of proven experience in Google Ads/PPC campaign management.
- Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads, Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Excellent understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns based on performance.
- Good understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance.

Result-Driven Expectations The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating quality leads through Google Ads. Performance will primarily be evaluated on:

- Quality Lead Generation
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Conversion Rate
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Continuous improvement in campaign performance

Candidates with demonstrable previous campaign results/portfolio will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate A hands-on Google Ads specialist, rather than someone focused only on social media posting or basic digital marketing, who can independently take responsibility for campaign strategy → execution → optimization → lead generation → reporting. Pay: ₹25,078.73 - ₹40,980.49 per month
