Position: GNM Nurse – Operations Executive

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a GNM Nurse for our Jaipur operations who can manage both clinical responsibilities and homecare operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing field operations, coordinating with nurses/caregivers, and maintaining strong relationships with patients, attendants, and healthcare vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day homecare operations in Jaipur.
- Coordinate and monitor deployment of nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare staff.
- Conduct patient visits and ensure quality of care and service delivery.
- Coordinate with patients and their attendants regarding care requirements and feedback.
- Manage and maintain relationships with local healthcare vendors and service providers.
- Develop and maintain a network of nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals for manpower requirements.
- Handle staff attendance, replacement, and operational issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of patient and staff-related concerns.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, vendors, and internal teams as required.
- Maintain daily operational reports, patient records, and other MIS.




- Support business development and patient acquisition activities whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, clinical protocols, and service quality standards.

Eligibility & Skills
- GNM qualification is mandatory.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in nursing/homecare/healthcare operations preferred.
- Candidates with homecare experience will be given preference.
- Strong knowledge of basic nursing procedures and patient care.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage field operations independently.
- Existing vendor/healthcare professional contacts in Jaipur will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Should be comfortable with field visits and operational coordination.
- Strong problem-solving and team-management abilities.
