Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Finance & Operations with strong experience in Beverage/FMCG Distribution to manage finance, accounts and overall distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Finance, Accounts, MIS, P&L;, cash flow and working capital.
- Monitor receivables, collections, expenses and profitability.
- Handle GST, TDS, audits and statutory compliance.
- Oversee warehouse, inventory, dispatch, logistics and delivery operations.
- Monitor stock reconciliation, damages, shortages and operational costs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Transport and Distribution teams.
- Improve cost control,



operational efficiency and business profitability.
- Lead teams and ensure proper processes and accountability.

Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in FMCG, Beverages Distribution, Distribution or Logistics.
- Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounts and distribution operations.
- Good understanding of P&L;, inventory, working capital and collections.
- Robust leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Beverage Distribution experience is highly preferred.
