We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Commercial Real Estate Sales Professional to join our growing team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of commercial properties including office spaces, retail units, showrooms, and investment assets within our premium developments.
Key Responsibilitie
Identify and generate leads for commercial property sale s through networking, brokers, cold calling, and digital platforms
Build and maintain robust relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and investor s
Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions based on project inventor y
Conduct site visits, presentations, and property showing s for prospective buyers and investors
Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring target achievemen t
Collaborate with the marketing tea m to implement effective campaigns and lead-generation strategies
Maintain an updated database of leads, inquiries, and follow-up s using CRM tools
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings,
and commercial property rate s in Gurugram and surrounding areas
Coordinate with the legal and documentation team s to ensure smooth execution of sale agreements
Key Requirements
Graduate in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields. MBA preferred
15 to 20 yea rs of proven experience i n commercial real estate sal e
Experience in sellin g office spaces, retail properties, or investment-grade commercial assets
Excellent communication and negotiation skill
Strong relationship-building and client-handling abilitie
Familiarity wit h Gurugram commercial property marke t
