Who Can Apply?

- 1+ year of experience in Sales / Pre-Sales / Voice Process
- Experience in Seller Support, E-commerce, Sales, or Customer Support will be preferred
- Graduates Only
- Excellent spoken English communication
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
- Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred

Your Role
- Interact with international sellers through voice calls
- Understand seller requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Handle sales and pre-sales queries professionally
- Assist sellers with product, account, order, and platform-related concerns
- Identify business opportunities and support sales conversions




- Resolve seller concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
- Maintain quality, productivity, and performance standards
