Job Overview

We are hiring experienced International Voice Process professionals for a Global Banking / Financial Services Voice Process supporting international customers.

The role involves handling customer calls related to banking services, international payments, transactions, account-related queries, and financial service requests.

If you have strong English communication skills and at least 1 year of International Voice Process experience, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career in the international banking and financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Assist customers with banking, payment, transaction, and account-related queries.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Handle queries related to international payments and banking transactions.
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Verify and accurately update customer information in the system.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Follow process guidelines, security procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Achieve defined Quality, AHT, Productivity and Customer Satisfaction targets.




- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team.

Candidate Eligibility

Mandatory:

- Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience.
- Excellent spoken English and valuable communication skills.
- Strong listening and customer-handling abilities.
- Comfortable interacting with international customers.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
