Role & responsibilities

- Process monitoring: Assist in day-to-day plant operations including kiln, mill, and raw material processing.

- Quality assurance: Support laboratory testing of raw materials, clinker, and cement to ensure compliance with BIS/ISO standards.

- Data analysis: Record and analyze process parameters, production data, and quality trends.

- Continuous improvement: Participate in initiatives to optimize energy efficiency, reduce wastage, and improve product consistency.

- Cross-functional exposure: Work closely with production, maintenance, and mining teams to ensure smooth operations.

Eligibility

- BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Cement Technology / Mechanical Engineering (recent graduate).

- Basic knowledge of cement manufacturing process and quality standards.

- Willingness to work in plant locations.

Skills Required

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of lab testing methods and process control.

- Valuable communication and teamwork ability.

- Familiarity with MS Office and process simulation tools.
