Role & responsibilities

Ensure availability of machines as per the production plan & carry out maintenance activities for the shift

Manage maintenance in the Section/ shift and ensure adherence to daily checklist as per the preventive maintenance guidelines defined

Execute corrective and predictive maintenance projects for higher availability of equipment

Supervise indirect contractual staff workers and provide support to Section Head to maximize shift productivity

Implement defined process improvement initiatives, monitor performance of the machines in the shift and escalating key issues to section Head

Prepare and provide daily health status of machines, maintain log files record, housekeeping audit score and coordinate with CMD for internal system reports





Ensure proper usage of safety equipment in the plant and ensure regulatory and legal compliance to health, safety and workplace norms (ISO standards.)

Complete and fulfil all statuary requirement like CEMS systems to govt authorities

Ensure Calibrations of systems and instruments as PM schedule and requirements

Ensure the physical condition of field instruments & if any abnormality found then correct the same

Identify Energy saving initiative and implement them along with Shift operations

Efficient shift handling with Zero breakdown and zero accident
