About FX Retina FX Retina is a performance marketing agency helping businesses scale through data-driven Google & Meta Ads. We work across D2C, E-commerce, Healthcare, Real Estate, Education, B2B and other industries. Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
- Handle both Lead Generation and D2C/E-commerce campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC and conversions.
- Perform keyword research, search term analysis, bidding and budget optimization.
- Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking, GA4, GTM and UTMs.
- Conduct A/B testing and identify scaling opportunities.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with creative, landing page and client teams.

Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience.




- Agency experience is mandatory.
- Experience managing Lead Generation + D2C/E-commerce clients.
- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, GA4, GTM and conversion tracking.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take ownership of campaign performance.
