About the Role (Internal Hiring)

We are looking for a German Language Trainer who can effectively train students in German language skills and prepare them for academic, professional, immigration, or certification requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong command of the German language, excellent communication skills, and the ability to conduct engaging and structured classroom sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct German language classes for beginner to advanced-level learners.
- Develop and deliver structured lesson plans according to student learning levels.
- Train students in German speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Prepare students for A1, A2, B1, B2 and C1 level examinations, as required.
- Conduct regular assessments, tests, mock exams, and speaking practice sessions.
- Identify individual student learning gaps and provide additional guidance.
- Explain German grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, sentence formation, and conversational skills.
- Use practical activities, role plays, discussions, audio-visual content, and other interactive teaching methods.
- Maintain student attendance,



performance records, and progress reports.
- Provide regular feedback to students regarding their improvement areas.
- Support students with exam preparation and interview/conversation practice.
- Stay updated with German language teaching methodologies and examination patterns.
- Coordinate with the academic/management team regarding student progress and classroom requirements.

Required Skills
- Excellent command of German and English.
- Strong pronunciation and conversational German skills.
- Good understanding of German grammar and language structure.
- Strong classroom management and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and effective manner.
- Positive interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience and ability to work with students of different learning levels.
- Comfortable using digital teaching tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
