Role & responsibilities

- Site supervision: Assist in monitoring construction, maintenance, and repair of plant structures, roads, and buildings.

- Project support: Work with project teams on layout, design, and execution of civil works.

- Quality checks: Ensure compliance with material specifications, safety standards, and quality norms.

- Documentation: Maintain records of site activities, progress reports, and contractor coordination.

- Cross-functional exposure: Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and process teams for integrated project execution.

Eligibility

- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (recent graduate).

- Basic knowledge of construction practices, material testing, and project management.

- Willingness to work at plant/project sites.

Skills Required

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD/MS Project or similar tools.

- Good communication and teamwork ability.
