Key Responsibilities

- Handle voice-based interactions in German with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and skilled communication.

- Support day-to-day functions within the assigned role.

- Maintain quality and compliance standards as per process guidelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.





- Document interactions and maintain accurate records as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- German Language Certification: C1 Level (Mandatory) — No Exceptions.

- Prior experience in a voice process is preferred.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

- Immediate joiners only.
