Key Responsibilities
- Handle voice-based interactions in German with internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication
- Support day-to-day functions within your assigned role
- Maintain quality and compliance standards as per process guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- German Language Certification: C1 Level (Mandatory) — no exceptions
- Prior experience in a voice process preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs
- Immediate joiners only
- Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate immediately for walk-in interview
