Role Description The Generative AI Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for delivering high-quality training on generative AI tools, techniques, and applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing course curricula, preparing learning materials, and conducting interactive classroom sessions and workshops. The instructor will guide learners through hands-on projects, provide feedback on assignments, and support participants in building practical portfolios.

The role also involves staying current with advances in generative AI, updating content accordingly, and collaborating with the AcceleratorX team to enhance the overall learner experience. The instructor will engage with diverse learner groups, ensuring inclusive, accessible, and outcomes-focused instruction.

Qualifications





- Strong foundation in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative models (e.g., large language models, diffusion models), with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Experience using and teaching generative AI tools and platforms (e.g., OpenAI models, prompt engineering tools, AI-assisted coding or design tools) in practical, project-based settings.
- Proven instructional, facilitation, or teaching skills, including curriculum design, lesson planning, and learner assessment in a classroom or workshop environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners and foster an inclusive, supportive learning atmosphere.
- Demonstrated ability to translate industry use cases into hands-on exercises and real-world projects relevant to learners’ career goals.
- Comfort with basic programming concepts (e.g., Python) and working with APIs or AI integrations is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cohorts or courses and meet program timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience with AI education or industry projects will also be considered.
- Previous experience in tech education, corporate training, bootcamps, or mentoring learners in AI or related domains is a plus.
