Role Description The AI Tools Instructor / Tutor will design and deliver practical training sessions on modern AI tools and platforms, helping learners understand how to integrate AI into real-world workflows and projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing structured curricula and lesson plans, preparing training materials and demos, conducting live classes and small group sessions, and providing individualized support and feedback to learners.

The role involves evaluating learner progress, creating assessments, updating course content based on new AI developments, and collaborating with the recruitment team to align training outcomes with market needs. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Kolkata Area,



with a mix of in-person sessions and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency with contemporary AI tools and platforms (e.g., generative AI assistants, AI-powered productivity tools, coding copilots, data analysis tools), and the ability to explain their usage clearly to diverse learners.
- Experience in designing and delivering structured training, tutoring, or educational content in technology or digital skills, including lesson planning and outcome-based teaching.
- Solid understanding of core concepts in AI and related technologies (e.g., basic machine learning principles, prompt engineering, automation workflows) relevant to practical, non-research use cases.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage learners of varying skill levels and provide constructive feedback.
- Ability to use online learning tools and platforms (e.g., LMS solutions, video conferencing, collaborative workspaces) for hybrid training delivery.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple batches or learner groups in a structured manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Education, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, corporate training, or technical support in IT or AI domains is highly beneficial.
