Role Description The General Manager Sales Marketing is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading sales and marketing operations for Truevisory Realty. This role oversees sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and business development initiatives to achieve revenue and growth targets. Key day-to-day tasks include managing and mentoring sales and customer service teams, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The General

Manager will design and implement marketing plans, coordinate promotional activities,



and build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. The role also involves analyzing market trends, optimizing sales processes, and collaborating with senior leadership on strategic planning.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Sales and General Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding business targets.
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Proven Team Management skills, including leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales and marketing teams.
- Solid knowledge of real estate markets, preferably in NCR, and familiarity with property consulting or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with competency in using CRM and sales reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
