Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented General Manager with 12–15+ years of experience to oversee the complete operations of Rajbagh.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing a premium property with 100–140+ employees , preferably in luxury hospitality, wellness, healthcare hospitality, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, or a similar environment.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Yoga, wellness therapies, and holistic health practices , along with working knowledge of NABH standards, protocols, documentation, audits, SOPs, safety, and quality systems .

The General Manager will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of premium quality, guest experience, operational excellence, team performance, and compliance across the property.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of professional experience , with substantial senior management experience

• Experience managing a large multidisciplinary team of 100–140+ employees

- Background in luxury hospitality, wellness, healthcare hospitality, or premium retreats

• Good understanding of Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Yoga, therapies, and wellness practices

• Working knowledge of NABH standards, quality protocols, SOPs, documentation, and audits

- Strong leadership, people management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in P&L;, budgeting, revenue management, cost control, and operational efficiency

- Strong understanding of premium guest experience and service standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills




- Graduate degree preferred; Hospitality/Business/Healthcare Management qualification will be an advantage

Responsibilities

- Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of Rajbagh

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of approximately 140 employees

• Ensure the highest premium standards across guest experience, hospitality, wellness services, hygiene, food, housekeeping, and facilities

• Coordinate closely with the Medical and Wellness teams for seamless guest journeys

• Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs, KPIs, service standards, and operational processes

• Ensure compliance with NABH standards and applicable quality and safety protocols

- Lead internal reviews, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage budgets, P&L;, revenue, procurement, inventory, and operational costs
- Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and staff development
- Monitor guest satisfaction and personally handle high-level guest concerns and escalations

• Ensure consistent standards of grooming, communication, cleanliness, discipline, and service delivery

- Work with senior management on business growth, partnerships, and long-term property development

• Benchmark Rajbagh against leading luxury wellness and hospitality destinations and implement best practices
