Position: General Manager – Pharma

Department: Pharmaceutical Operations

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 8–12+ years preferred

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee overall pharmaceutical business and operational activities.
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Manage pharmacy, procurement, inventory, supply chain, and commercial operations.
- Ensure efficient procurement, availability, storage, and distribution of medicines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies, distributors, suppliers, and key business partners.

Candidate Profile
- 8–12+ years of experience in phamaceutical distribution, preferably with experience managing a sizeable distribution business.
- Robust knowledge of pharma products, distribution channels, and market practices.
- Proven experience in sales, purchase, inventory, credit control, and collections.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
