Role Description The General Manager is a full time, on-site leadership role based in Ghaziabad. This role oversees daily operations across production, supply chain, sales, and installation to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.

The General

Manager manages cross-functional teams, sets performance goals, and monitors key metrics related to productivity, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

Responsibilities include implementing process improvements, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors and partners, and ensuring that projects meet design specifications and safety standards.

The General

Manager also leads customer service initiatives, supports business development,



and contributes to strategic planning and growth for Ramison Doors & Windows.

Qualifications

- Strong operations and production management skills, including workflow optimization, resource planning, and process improvement in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in team leadership and people management, including setting objectives, performance coaching, and fostering a collaborative, safety-focused work culture.
- Competence in sales and customer relationship management, with the ability to support key accounts, understand client requirements, and ensure high levels of service quality.
- Financial and business acumen, including budgeting, cost control, basic financial analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Ability to coordinate logistics and project execution, including scheduling, vendor management, and on-time installation of doors, windows, and related products.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Relevant experience in construction, building materials, interiors, or fenestration is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a senior management or general management role, preferably within manufacturing or a similar industry.
