About the role An established, profitable D2C health & wellness brand is entering the pharmaceutical space and building an anti-diabetic product division from the ground up. We're looking for a seasoned pharma operator to own this business end to end — portfolio, manufacturing, licensing, distribution, and team — with full P&L; responsibility and the backing (capital and infrastructure) to build it properly.

This is a rare ground-floor role for someone who has run a division inside a larger company and wants to build their own, with real ownership and upside, without the risk of going solo.

What you'll own

- Build and launch the anti-diabetic portfolio (CD range) — molecule/SKU selection, positioning, and pricing (MRP / PTR / PTS)
- Source and manage third-party manufacturing (Baddi belt) and QA liaison
- Set up licensing and regulatory compliance, including DPCO/NLEM pricing on scheduled molecules
- Decide and execute the distribution model — PCD franchise network and/or own field force
- Recruit, train, and lead the team: MRs, area managers, and back-office/dispatch
- Own the P&L;: primary/secondary sales, collections, and margins

What we're looking for

- 10+ years in pharma with a sales-and-P&L; track record — you have personally built or run a franchise (PCD) division
- Direct experience with an anti-diabetic / cardiac-diabetic portfolio strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of third-party manufacturing sourcing, drug licensing, and DPCO/NLEM pricing
- Proven ability to hire and drive a field or franchise team




- Comfortable building from zero — this is a setup role, not a caretaker role
