We're looking for a commercial builder — someone who has taken a niche, premium medical product into new international markets and knows how to decide where to win first.

1Cell.Ai is a precision oncology diagnostics company headquartered in Mumbai, building liquid biopsy and molecular diagnostics on proprietary ctDNA and methylation-based cancer-detection technology. Our science is differentiated; our international footprint is early. This role builds it.

Why this role is different

This isn't a run-a-territory job. Our international revenue is minimal by design — we're at the start. You'll help decide which markets we enter, in what order, and through which channels, then go build them from the ground up. If you want a defined patch and an existing team, this isn't it. If you want to own a market-entry mandate end to end, read on.

What you'll own

- International sales P&L; — targets, market-entry sequencing, and channel economics
- Market prioritization: where we go first, and the reasoning behind it
- Building and activating distributor and channel partners from scratch in priority markets
- Direct institutional deals with hospitals, labs,



and diagnostic networks
- Go-to-market plans that account for local regulatory, pricing, and reimbursement realities
- Building an in-region team once volume supports it
- Representing 1Cell.Ai at international conferences, partner meetings, and regulatory engagements
- Forecasting and pipeline reporting to the MD

What you bring (must-have)

- 10+ years in sales, including 5+ years developing current international markets for specialty, premium, or niche medical / diagnostic products
- A track record of building distributor networks from scratch and closing institutional / enterprise deals
- Clear judgement on market prioritization — you'll be asked to defend a market-entry point of view
- Working grasp of diagnostics / medical-device regulatory and market-entry requirements across regions
- Willingness to travel extensively

- MBA
