Role Description The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and business development for Landmark Aircon Technologies Pvt Ltd at the Noida location. This is a full time, on-site role responsible for managing HVAC and MEP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to budgets.

The General

Manager will lead cross-functional teams of engineers, project managers, and support staff, establish performance goals, and drive operational excellence across project execution, service delivery, and AMC operations.



The role includes building and maintaining client relationships, supporting key accounts across sectors, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations.

The General

Manager will also monitor financial performance, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and implement process improvements and energy-efficient practices to strengthen the company’s market position.

Qualifications

- Proven leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong project management capabilities in HVAC, MEP, or related engineering domains, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Business development and client relationship skills, with experience in handling key accounts and driving revenue growth in B2B environments.
- Operational and financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and monitoring project and business KPIs.
- Technical understanding of HVAC systems, building services, and energy management concepts sufficient to engage with engineering teams and clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is an advantage.
